Our rental rates include the exclusive use of the villa. There will be no other guests at the villa

These rates apply only to rentals made directly thru the owner
We do not add a booking fee, but these do: VRBO, Homeaway, Tripadvisor, FlipKey and Airbnb.
We also INCLUDE the BVI government tax and midweek/weekend maid service
Book from us and save.

Our rates are in US Dollars for a seven day period Christmas is a 10 day rate
and already INCLUDES the BVI villa rental tax and midweek/weekend maid service

Last Minute Specials are sometimes available. Call us at 203-312-0152 We also have 1-2 rates . Ask us about these rates.

Additional persons/children sleeping on a queen inflatable mattress, or daybed is $50/night/person (Over 14 persons)

Tips: The rental fee does not include a gratuity, which should be given directly to our staff

Deposit due: 50% upon booking within 14 days in US funds
Nonrefundable unless villa can be re booked.
We will credit you for a future booking without penalty, if a cancellation is necessary
Balance due: 60 days prior to arrival date
Damage deposit due: $800 60 days prior to arrival date; refund for no damage will be mailed within 2 weeks
There are no refunds for late arrival or premature departure.
Babies using a crib do not count as a "person" for rental rates.
Preferred payment should be made by check, bank check, Pay Pal (Friends and Family) or money order
